The Wemhöner Throughfeed Press Lines are indispensable for the value adding process of covering wood-based panels with veneer. They are mainly used for the production of materials for the door, panel and flooring industry. Both the entry level models and the fully automated systems can be equipped to provide the utmost flexibility for small to large series production.

Equipment alternatives: Individually controlled pressure cylinders enable variable and optimum use of the pressing area. The automatic charge scanning system varies the specific press pressure depending on the surface area to be pressed. Top and bottom heating platen are separately adjustable allowing simultaneous lamination of two different surface materials. The integration of an additional glue application device enables a quick change between UF and PVAc glues. Wemhöner offers customised material handling systems for the infeed and outfeed of the press. Laminating materials such as veneers, decorative foils, laminates or backing paper can be fed manually or automatically.
