Top solutions for surface processing
Wemhöner laboratory presses are a valuable addition to KT direct coating and the 3D Variopress® sector. They allow different applications to be tested and evaluated cost-effectively. The standard press size is 600 x 600 mm, with special dimensions available on request.
Pressing forces reach up to 1,000 N/cm². Temperature settings up to 220°C are possible. Thermal oil or electric heating plates with optional recooling are used as heating media. Loading of the laboratory press is primarily semi-automatic to ensure the shortest possible pressure-free dwell time.
