Edge Chamfering 2.0
The MASTER CHAMFER stands for Edge Chamfering 2.0 – a fully CNC-controlled solution developed for maximum efficiency at the edge.
Specifically designed for short-cycle press lines, it can be integrated into new production lines as well as retrofitted into existing systems.
The system reliably removes excess film residues while simultaneously producing a clean, precisely defined 45° chamfer.
The result: no sharp overhangs, reduced contamination, higher process stability, and a significantly lower risk of injury in downstream processes.
Thanks to the patented dual-head system, all four panel edges are processed within a compact installation space.
With an installation length of only 1.75 m and its own control system, the MASTER CHAMFER can be flexibly integrated into new and existing short-cycle press and lacquering lines, both in Wemhöner systems and in lines from other manufacturers. Alternatively, an off-line installation with automatic stacking equipment is also possible.
