Multi daylight throughfeed press lines
For the optimal production process
Wemhöner multi-level throughfeed press concepts are optimally tailored to the product, the production process, the required capacity, and the customer’s on-site conditions.
The systems are designed and manufactured at Wemhöner and commissioned at the customer’s facility.
The multi-level presses can be arranged either vertically or side by side. Feeding and unloading are fully automated. Precise workpiece transport within the press levels is ensured by linearly controlled belt systems.
The cylinders positioned above the press plates provide uniform pressure distribution of up to 200 N/cm².
