Wemhöner Variopress® Professional 3000
The flagship of Wemhöner.
The Variopress® Professional 3000 from Wemhöner represents fully automated high-performance lines designed for maximum output and maximum flexibility.
By connecting the system to a glue application line or a fully automated cutting unit, the overall performance of the line can be further increased. Workpieces are automatically placed onto the tray, and the foils are applied automatically.
An integrated storage management system within the paternoster minimizes foil changeover times: up to 80 storage positions can be accessed, ensuring that the next foil is immediately available. The turning system rotates the pressed parts so they can be transferred from the Professional 3000 in any required direction. In addition, the integrated vacuum suction system detects whether a tray is only partially loaded and activates only the necessary vacuum arms.
