Top solutions for surface processing
Cold-press systems are used for laminating flat wood-based materials such as multiplex, MDF, OSB, and particleboard.
Coating materials include laminates, aluminum, stainless steel, as well as linoleum, glass, and stone materials. Material handling before and after the press can be configured individually: single- or double-sided, manual or fully automatic.
Wemhöner embossing and forming presses as well as vulcanisation systems offer a wide range of application possibilities for the production of composite materials:

- Natural rubber-metal products or custom-made aramid, GRP, and CFRP products.
- Specific pressing pressures up to 1,000 N/cm². Depending on the size of the pressing surface, this results in a total pressing force of up to 110,000 kN.
- The temperature settings range from 140 to 180°C.
